As founder of the Dixon Foundation and The Launch Collective, her impact extends beyond the classroom — empowering educators, strengthening families, and building communities where children thrive.

Dr. Ronald Dixon
Dr. Ronald Dixon brings more than 40 years of distinguished experience in education, serving as both a classroom teacher and educational administrator with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. He holds a Doctorate in Educational Administration, a Master of Education from UNC Charlotte, and a B.A. from UNC Chapel Hill.
For over 12 years, he has provided strategic guidance to Dixon Academy, championing strong school-family partnerships and a nurturing academic foundation.

Diamon Adams
Diamon Adams brings over 25 years of experience in early childhood education and operational leadership. She holds an M.Ed., an MPA, and dual Bachelor's degrees in Business and Communication.
She believes strong, trusting relationships are the foundation of child development. Her leadership focuses on building emotionally responsive learning environments where children thrive.

Rayven White
Rayven White brings over 23 years of experience in early childhood education, including nearly 12 years of leadership at Dixon Academy. She is passionate about fostering curiosity, growth, and a lifelong love of learning.
A firm believer that reading is the cornerstone of education, Rayven published her debut children's book, The Night Before Christmas in Brooklyn, in 2020.

Dr. Anthony Harrison
Dr. Anthony Harrison brings over 15 years of leadership experience to Dixon Academy. He holds a B.A. in English, an M.Ed. in Leadership, and a Doctorate in Biblical Exposition.
He believes nurturing relationships are the foundation of healthy child development. Through warm, responsive connections, children build confidence and independence.

Laurie Donnally
Laurie Donnally brings over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, including a decade of leadership. She holds a B.S. in Early Childhood Administration and is committed to building strong foundations from birth to age five.
She finds the greatest joy in watching a child light up after achieving a new milestone or proudly sharing a story from their day.
